The telecommunication's networks technology linked to the electronic document has changed abroad the information specialists' methods of work.

The Internet network did a lot in thèse big changes and especially after the World Wide Web intégration wich is a high hypermedia distributed information System.

In Algeria lots of documentation institutions are not informed of thèse advanced technologies.Consequently,the goal of this paper is the vulgarisation of the World Wide Web, th'at is the most remarquable Internet tool that tends to be taken for the Internet itself.
