الملخص EN
In this work it is shown the experimental results of a research relating to the study and modelling of wear for metallic carbide inserts (P35), during plain milling the XC18 steel.
This study has allowed the deduction of a mathematical models, expressing the relation-ship between the tool life and the cutting regime elements, as well as the relation-ship between the face wear and time of work, this is used for the various combinaitions of the considered experimental planning.
Results of the obtained mathematical models, have been physically analyzed and interpreted.
الملخص FRE
Nous présentons dans ce travail les résultats d'une recherche expérimentale, relative à l'étude et a la modélisation de l'usure des plaquettes en carbure métallique (P35), au cours du fraisage de face de l'acier XC18.
Cette étude a permis la déduction de modèles mathématiques, exprimant la relation entre la durée de vie de la fraise et les éléments du régime de coupe ainsi que la relation entre l'usure frontale et le temps de travail, pour les différentes combinaisons du plan des expériences considéré.
Les résultats et les modèles mathématiques obtenus ont été analyses et interprètes physiquement.
