The certification specialists agree that the certification process should begin with training and end with training.
It also happens that the certification process is an important object of learning that led the company and its employees to continually challenge and develop new skills.

La certification à la norme ISO9001 / 2008 a un impact considérable sur la ressource humaine d’une entreprise.
Les spécialistes de la certification s’accordent à dire que la démarche de certification doit commencer par la formation et se terminer par la formation.
Il se trouve également que la démarche de certification constitue un objet d’apprentissage important qui conduit l’entreprise ainsi que ses employés à se remettre en cause en permanence et à développer de nouvelles compétences.
