Subjective Hadeeth as an abstract term is a famous in Hadeeth’s environment, and subjective study to special subjective Hadeeth.

This term according to researchers isn't specified in its meaning and its limits from specialists in Hadeeth Shareef and its sciences, so, this research tries to specify the concept of this term in our century through understanding its use from researchers and specialized sciences as a theoretical outline to this science.

This research handles the importance of this kind of study, then it differentiates between subjective Hadeeth and subjective study, also the researcher endeavors to enroot the concept of this term through understanding the classifications in Hadeeth and its sciences with clarifying the relationship between "subjective Hadeeth” as one of branches of Sunna sciences and another different branches.

This research also handles scientists’ curriculums in subjective Hadeeth, whereas evokes three curriculums: - First: deduction all subjects in Sunna books about study subject; Second: relying on grouping Hadeeths to meet the research purposes in study subject from specified resources from Sunna books; Third: relying on studying subject through grouping narrations of one Hadeeth, with assimilation to these curriculums from subjective studies which are spared to the researchers.
