The word is directed today towards au universal culture through electronic contacts as the use of internet.

The internet provides preferences of information for all levels who the for cognitive curiosity, studying textbook or for the qualification of a certain degree or that are presented by the social locations.

The internet is available all the time to provide the teacher and the learner of what they are looking for.

But, the increasing use (above the normal) of internet causes psychologicall addiction which is similar to the addiction of taking drugs or alcohols (funding and control) this addiction is distingue is he by the strong riding of internet since the extravagant use of internet affects the general health of the individual and because of this, the problem of the study becomes clear by answering an the following questions, what is the degree of using internet by teenagers and youngs ? and are there any significant difference and according to the age and sex variables.

The Aims of the research: The research aims at knowing : 1-Measuring the degree of internet addiction of the ages (13-17) and (19-22) year.

2-The significant of the internet addiction according to the sex variable.

3-The significant differences of the internet addiction according to the age variable.

The sample of the research consisted of (200) students (100) students of intermediate and preparatory (male \ female) stage with ages (13-17) year and (100) students (male \ female) of college level with ages (19-22) year for the academic year 2010-2011.

The instrument of the research : (young, 1998) scal has been adoptee as an instrument of research after translating it into the Arabic language and inducing its psychometric prosperities.

The result of the research : The research has come of with the following results : 1-There is no internet addiction of the sample of this research.

2-There are significant differences among males and females in the use of internet and for the sake of male.

3-There are significant differences in the use of internet according to the age variable.
