The prison consists of victims who cannot let them under harsh external conditions surrounding them and the nature of their personalities to get out of it, they are returning to crime when they get the opportunities, so the prison job boils down to create all physical infrastructure, human and psychological, that would make the prison community a favourable climate for the success of the reform work.

What matters in this study did not reveal the causes of crime or identify the types or characteristics of criminals or crime and numerous places in a particular environment or period of time without the other, but the subject is prison in all its details and its influence on the reform process.

The study is an evaluation of the necessary ingredients for the success of the reform work in the light of agreed criteria that must be met in order for the institution to function as intended This research aims at answering the question: are there any impediments to reform work? By: identifying internal and external constraints of remedial work from the point of view of the convicts, to detect obstacles to reform work in the light of the vision involved.
