training programs of the special كث،'رال،وء’ا study aims at identifying the $؛٢١٦ education supervisors in the fields of knowledge, skills, attitudes and the general one and the special education teachers in the field of the general program, evaluation and personification, teaching, the personal educational program and the training priorities of their point of views on the basis of their educational and tactical practices.The researcher has used the analytical description curriculum uestionnaire as a tool to collect data.

The study community consists of؟ and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

٦)؛ supervisors and teachers of the special education special education ءرا؛ The study attains that the educational supeiv'isors of the general field, and a ١٦؛ institutions and programs need a high level training the fields of knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Also the stud_v ١٦؛ mid level training the field of the ١١؛ attains that the educational teachers need a high level training personal training program and a mi،l level training in the fields of teaching, general program, evaluation and personification.The study shows the individual at ةا'اآا'اهءا indication level (0.05) to 'اا؛ا ١٦؛ differences with statistical indications the qualification, stage and specification variables.

The study also shows that (0.05) the indication level ١١؛ differences with statistical indications »٦، there are to supervisors at the qualification, experience, and the training programs variables.

The training priorities of supervisors are implementing the recem evaluating teachers, using computers ١٦؛ management styles and recent attitudes and modern technology, building the personal educational programs, the personal development and speech c'ulture.

The training priorities of teachers are the lesson 1،أالا good planning ،caching the acadcmic subjects, forming tire' educational the needs of handicapped persons.
