مؤثرات التلوث البيئي الناجمة عن الفعل البشري : فنلندا نموذجا

الملخص العربي

یتناول هذا البحث عرضا مبسطا للبیئة و تأثیر الأسنان علیها و ذلك من خلال ممارسته لحیاته الیومیة و أیضا خلال محاولته لأشباع رغباته و الحصول علی متطلباته الحیاتیة.

الإنسان أحد مکونات البیئة بل أنه أکثر هذه المکونات قادرة علی الحرکة و التنقل و أحداث التغییر و ذلك بسبب أتساع دائرة توزیعه الجغرافی و تعدد قدراته و تنامیها بصورة طردیة، إلی جانب تنوع احتياجاته.

أن الإنسان یتأثر بالبیئة الطبیعیة المحیطة به بدرجات متباینة کما یؤثر فیها بدرجات مختلفة و أحیانا یکون تأثیر الإنسان علی البیئة محدودا و غیر خطر و لکن فی أحیان کثيرة للأسف تکون هذه التأثیرات بصورة قویة و تفقد البیئة کثیرا من خواصها و توازنها.

الإنسان أهم کائن حی یتمکن فی أحداث تغییر فی البیئة و التأثیر علی تکوین الطبیعة، و ذلك لأن الإنسان یتعامل بشكل مستمر مع البیئة و مکونات البیئة.

أن التقدم العلمی ییسر مزیدا من الفرص لکی تحدث التغيرات فی البیئة و ذلك بسبب ازدياد طلب الإنسان أو حاجته إلی الغذاء و الکساء، لهذا نراه یقوم باستخدام البیئة و الطبیعة فی سبیل راحته و احتياجاته و للأسف فی کثیر من الأحیان يؤدی إلی التأثیر السلبی علی التوازن البیئی .و بما أن مصیر و مستقبل الإنسان مرتبط بالتوازنات التی تحتویها النظم البیئیة و من الم ؤکد أن أي أخلال بها ینعکس سلبا مباشرة علی حیاة الإنسان.

و بسبب الطمع الشدید للإنسان أصبح للعدید من استثماراته و مشاریعه جوانب تخریبیة للبیئة.

الإنسان هو المسبب الرئیسی لتکوین النفایات و ذلك بسبب الإنتاج أو بسبب الاستهلاك، و فی العقود الأخیرة و نظرا لخطورة مشکلة التلوث و النفایات أصبحت البیئة النظیفة مقیاسا لدرجة رقی الشعوب و البلدان.

أن التلوث البیئی و زیادة کمیة النفایات المتولدة عن النشاطات البشریة و الصناعة أصبحت مشکلة کل فرد و کل مجتمع، لهذا یحاول الباحث أن یقوم من خلال هذا البحث بمتابعة کیفیة الحفاظ علی البیئة فی فنلندا.

و أیضا کیفیة التخلص من التلوث الحاصل فی البیئة و متابعة الطرق و الأساليب المتبعة فی سبیل تحقیق ذلك.

و أیضا عرض النتائج المعلنة من قبل الجهات المسئولة عن ذلك.

یحاول الباحث أن یبرهن بان العمل الجاد و التخطیط السلیم و الشعور بأهمية البیئة هی الخطوة الأولي نحو بیئة صحیة و نظیفة.

الحد من التلوث هی عبارة عن کتلة کاملة لا تتجاوز و أیضا هی عملیة مستمرة مع استمرار الحياة.

و أن الدول المتقدمة حافظوا علی بیئاتهم عن طریقة التخلص من السلوکیات و الممارسات التی تسبب اضرار للبیئة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The purpose of this research is to provide an simplified overview of the impact that human beings as a species have on the environment, in pursue of satisfying the basic needs and the materialistic necessities of the modern life.

A human components of the environment, but that more of these components capable of movement, mobility and events change, because of the breadth geographical distribution circle and the multiplicity of their abilities and their development, along with the diversity of needs.

Human play a vital role in changing the environmental events and influencing the configuration of the nature.

This is due to the continues relationship between the human and environmental components.

In on hand the human can be regarded as part of the natural environment surrounding it and thus is affected by it, on the other hand as a species human affect the environment in different degrees.

Though it is highly problematic to ascertain the exact impact that human has on different components of environment with certainty.

At times the human impact and the risk can be seen as very limited, however, although highly unfortunate the effects can be grave to the extent that it may affect the environmental properties and the balance.

The scientific progress has provided more efficient tools to exploit the nature, that has enabled to satisfy our increasing demand for basic necessities such as food and clothing.

Unfortunately, the increasing manufacturing of the goods has had a negative effect on environment.

Humans can be seen as solely responsible for creating the excessive waste due to production and consumption of goods.

Which in turn, specifically in recent decades is seen as one contributing factor for serious pollution.

Hence, through identifying the problem and awareness a clean environment has become one of the measures of well being country and in widely promoted attribute through people and countries.

The fate and the future of human is linked to retaining the balance in the environmental system.

Hence, it is argued that any breach of the environment is reflected directly to the human life.

The environmental pollution and increase in the amount of waste generated by human activities and the industry has become a problem of each individual and each community.

The scope of this research is narrowed to Finland.

The author focuses in analyzing the measures taken by the Finnish authorities in preservation of the environment.

Furthermore, analysis will be provided on measures and methods available to tackle a predicament of excess problematic pollution.

This will be done in light of results announced by the responsible authorities.

The author views that hard work, proper planning, highlighting the importance of the environment and creating wide spread awareness of the importance of the environment in citizens is the first step towards achieving a healthier and cleaner environment.

Reducing pollution is a indivisible responsibility and can be seen as a continuing process that aligns with the continuation of life.

Developed countries have maintained the environments by getting rid of behaviors and practices which cause damage to the environment
