The European Union became efective on Jan.

1993, this new era have many effects on the rest of the world,specialy the Aab countries, the first trade partener with Europe, with its geopolitical position.

These effects will become true either through the Euro/Arab dialogue or through the Arab/European partenership policy.

The main aim of this paper is to answar the important question about how to develope these relations between the two parties in the direc-tion of solving the main problems of the Arab coun-tries under the ambrella of the League of Arab States ? The Second question is what is the effect of the European Union economic and financial policies on the Euro/Arab dailogue
