The published literature on Arab- African Relations and the number of conferences, meetings, symposiums and seminars, are unprecedented.

This Reflect the importance that Arab- African relations have aquired, not only in the context of Africa and Arab World, but also at the international level specially since 1970s.

In this paper, we tries to show haw two of the prominent Writers in African Affairs have dealt with the Arab- African Relations as a subject and to what Extent they succeeded in understanding its reality, explaining its cours and predicting its futur .

The purpose of this paper is not to comment on the writers’ ideas.

Rather, the aim of this paper is to identify the main points in their writings on the topic and allaw readers to pursue further reading .

The paper concluded that there is a kind of mutual supporting between the two.
