The author attempts to make a theoretical synthesis about psychoanalytical neurosis conception.
In his preliminary statements, the author draws attention to the meaning of the notion model and to the distinctions to be made between : - Transfer neurosis and transfer neuroses.
- Infantile neurosis and infant neurosis.
In the remaining part of the article, the author puts emphasis on the characteristics of the model of neurotic functioning as a general model.
He then attempts to come out with its specificities in the conversion hysteria and the obsession neurosis cases.
If in both cases the Oedipus remains the major organizer, in the conversion hysteria there is no regression in the libido structure, however such regression exists in the obsession neurosis.
In this respect A.
Green states that the obsession neurosis ' 'makes us hear the language of geniality in its asdic anal transcription.
الملخص FRE
L auteur tente ici une synthèse théorique à propos de la conception psychanalytique des névroses.
Dans ses remarques préliminaires, il attire l'attention sur la signification de la notion de modèle et sur les différences à maintenir entre: - Névrose de transfert et névroses de transfert: - Névrose infantile et névrose de l'enfant.
Dans la suite de l’article il souligne d’abord les caractéristiques du modèle defonctionnement névrotique en tant que modèle général.
Il tente, ensuite, d’en dégager les spécifications dans l’hystérie de conversion et la névrose obsessionnelle.
Si dans les deux cas l’oedipe reste l’organisateur majeur, dans l’hystérie de conversion iln'y a pas de régression dans la structure de la libido alors qu 'une telle régression est bien présente dans la névrose obsessionnelle; ءء qui afaitdire àA.
