Temmam HASSAN was known with his knowledge of the Arab linguistic heritage, his efforts focused on transmitting this legacy to the Arabic reader based on recent scientific research methods.

Temmam HASSAN was among the researchers who benefited from scientific scholarships organized by Egypt, which enabled him to be in contact with one of the leading figures of Western schools in modern linguistics "Firth".

Considering the double scientific culture of this scholar, this article proposes to address some linguistic issues in the Arabic language, specifically regarding the Arabic grammar.

We attempt to analyze some of his contributions in order to analyze to what extent they are original studies or are just the translation of Western translation studies.
