This study addresses the issue of recruitment of children in armed conflicts, where international conventions has banned the recruitment and use of children in hostilities, whether those related to legal clades of international humanitarian law, or those relating to international law of human rights.

In addition, the fall of child soldiers in the grip of the opposing party does not deprive them of the benefit from the rights granted to them by their legal status.

As a result of the effects of severe arranged by the crime of child recruitment in armed conflicts, the international community hurried to eliminate this phenomenon to an international effort to suppress crime of recruitment of children during armed conflicts by concluding international agreements that contribute to the repression, and issuing international resolutions.

The International Committee of the Red Cross and the International Criminal Court have a big role in this context.
