Algerian scholars were interested in notation and writing in the new doctrinal issues, It is new developments that may occur to people, and they find hardship, and need to be answered from scholars and muftis.

Some of the scholars who emerged in this field Faqih Abu Yahya Zakaria Almazzoni in his book " dorar el-maknouna fi nawazil masouna ", and faqih Abu Abbas Alwancharisi in his book " el-meayar elmoarab", as well as the fatwas of Ebn zekri, and Mechdheli.

This new doctrinal issues has been characterized by realism and taking into account the customs, conditions, and circumference of the person requesting the fatwa.

It characterized also by scientific rooting for Fatwa, and use of Sharia purposes which was used by scholars Maalikis.
