The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of the community employees’ appreciation of the programs offered by the Center of Consulting, Technical Services and Community Development at Al al-Bayt University to the needs of their own institutions, on the one hand; and the impact of gender, type of institution, academic qualification, years of experience, and job title on the degree of this appreciation.

The study sample consisted of 122 members of employees in the institutions of the community both public and private sectors.

The results of the study revealed that the degree of the employees’ appreciation of the extent to which programs provided by the Center to the needs of the institutions on the tool in general is at a medium level.

The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of recognition of the staff to the extent to which programs provided by the Center to the needs of the institutions from their point of view due to the gender variable, type of institution, academic qualification, years of experience, and job title.

The researcher recommended the need to activate the function of the university community service programs to provide service and development that will increase communication with the local community
