الملخص AR

The study aimed to identify the factors of job satisfaction from the viewpoint of teachers Qurayyat province, and the impact of each variable Scientific qualification, experience, educational stage, factors of job satisfaction.

The sample of the study consisted of (307) teachers who were chosen by the random stratified method.

The researchers used a questionnaire that consisted of (79) items covering five dimensions: the school leadership and work environment, the financial aspects and incentives, methods of the supervisory visits; qualification and training.

The researcher insured the validity of the instrument by presenting it to a group of referees who are specialized in the field, from the Saudi universities and the Ministry of Education.

In addition, the reliability of the instrument was insured by CRONBACH ALPHA, as the reliability factor was (0,96).

The results of the study showed that the factors of job satisfaction were as follows: the dimension of school leadership: the first rank; work environment: the second rank; methods of supervisory visit: rank three; financial and incentives: forth rank; qualification and training: the fifth grade.

In addition, the results of the study showed significant statistical differences on the level of job satisfaction in Al Qrayyat Province, that are attributed to the scientific qualification, for the benefit of those who possess B.A and graduate certificate.

Moreover, the study showed significant statistical differences on the teachers' job satisfaction that are attributed to the experience, for the benefit of those who posses more than ten years.

However, there were no significant statistical differences attributed to the educational stage variable.

Based on these results, the researchers recommend the need to improve the economic status of the teacher; change the view of the society toward the teaching career and the need to provide better work conditions to help the teacher perform his role efficiently and perfectly.
