Human enjoy a range of civil and political rights, and one of these rights is the right of people to exercise their religious freedom of belief, according to the dictates of this belief, from embracing a particular doctrine of the freedom to practice their religion.

There is no comprehensive definition of this right, but all the definitions confirmed that nobody should be prevented from exercising his religious beliefs .

Most of the constitutions of states and international conventions have ensured this right and organized obsolete commensurate with the religious and sectarian diversity in which live different communities, emphasizing the importance of applying the equality between everyone in the exercise of all rights and private political ones.

So every citizen, regardless of religious affiliation and religious practice, was given political rights to assume the political functions, or exercise the right to vote and stand for election.
