The local media plays an important role in the development process through fostering citizens ‘ participation in different operation and programs and presenting the necessary data since it is meant to be the link between citizens and their responsibles .in addition to its role of controller through taking off mistakes and overruns ,and warning about them to be able to bring adequate solutions .

The unesco pointed that central media may neglect the locale societies ,and that the locale media can solve the media issue,which results from the centralization of media in the capitale city and the other big cities/ towns ,inside the country .it can also develop a communicative type which may be presented on a horizontale domain allowing people ‘s participation .

this is the main odjective of the present article through the presentation of the developing role of the locale media illustrated in saida ‘s regional radio
