الملخص EN

To explore the level of employees' satisfaction relating to their job is considered an important element which develops performance, as awareness of employees' needs; then fulfills theses needs, in healthy atmosphere could reflect positively on their attitude, products and performance.

Therefore; this research comes to spell out confidence, requirements and needs of Charities Societies' employees in Bahrain, as a pre-step to strengthen their job loyalty, and stability, which increases performance, and consider as good supporter of developing products, through analysing major aspects that form employees' satisfaction to reach highest levels of performance.

Researcher based mainly on social survey employed a sample from Bahraini charities, through a questioner which has been designed for this purpose related to employees' satisfaction in Charitable Societies.

Statically research use (SPSS) to find out results and percentage.

This research aims mainly to discover the employees' opinion in Bahraini charitable societies regarding their job satisfaction, as a new field of public opinion polls in the King Dom of Bahrain.

In regard to the employees' opinion in charitable charities' job satisfaction, the theme of the research as pointed out in the title has raised a number of questions.

First, to what extent was the employees' opinion in charitable society's regard job satisfaction? Second, to what extent were rules, regulations, and building fulfil charities' requirements? The study has concluded the following; there is Job satisfaction, however it is varied: The highest was percentage (42.2%) given to personal satisfaction; the second highest percentage (22.2%) was given to teamwork and environment satisfaction; the Lowest percentage (6.7%) was given to the satisfaction related to building, rules and regulations of the society itself.
