The huge and rapid explosion of ICT in recent years made the Internet a king media; strong and irreversible.

It is now the basis for the emergence of a «new virtual society» whose components are set up, while causing unprecedented changes our perception of time and space.

Indeed, the rapid development of social networks on the Internet raises, today, many questions, while the answers are limited and not consistent.

Issues related to the specific effects of virtual companies on interpersonal relationships, communication, integration and exclusion, trust and identity.

These issues found a few that have actually radical nature: Is the Arab citizen concerned with the use of these social networks interning? The use of these virtual networks she promotes interaction between people? Can it create new forms of relationship with others? To what extent the virtual company can meet the needs of young Arabs? In Tunisia, there are very few studies on the use of ICT by young people and especially in relation to the uses of virtual social networks.

It is in this perspective that seeks to study in this paper the impact of the uses of virtual social networks on the attitudes and behaviors of young Tunisians.

Our study is essentially a field work.

This required us to meet young student, to talk to each other and to know their attitudes and vis-à-vis a behavior still nascent phenomenon that is the «virtual society».
