The present study aims to emphasize one of the contemporary themes of the governance, the interactivity which becomes a priority at the moment.

The adoption and the use of the concept (the interactive governance) allows to indicate (appoint) the stakeholders of the governance of the territory and the changes associated to intense media usage and interactive networks by the youth.

Nowadays the youth tends to represent a source of energy and change at the same time.

Relying on both exploratory and empirical approaches, this study attempts to diagnose the youth’s role in the governance of territory, Annaba city as a case in point.

The study suggests a test modeling by proposing a collaborative, inclusive model for all the partners.

This model integrates the essential applications of the technologies and interactive media.
