The development is one of modern and contemporary leading topics which all countries seek to achieve, especially with the growing social imbalances and economic .And thus the development has become tool effective for the treatment of these imbalances and reflections as it is accepted model .

It also takes into account the social aspects, economic and even financial.

Moreover , economic theories based generally emphasizes that funding plays a key role in the economic life and growth .So, we find that Muslim countries that rely on Islamic banking are able to achieve its role in development processes and by virtue of the special nature and distinctive Islamic banks .The latter do not always exist in banks traditional, and the privacy of the relationship between Islamic banks and their depositors gives it a big advantage in mobilizing savings and investment financing and thus help them to play an active role in achieving development by giving priority to the moral element that keeps the community, on the basis of the purposes of the law.
