This study aimed to try to identify the degree of transparency of administrative practice with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Yemen from the viewpoint of the Court of staff in the ministry, As well as to identify statistically significant differences in the the views of study sample about study axes according to the following variables: sex, educational qualification, experience, work case, And descriptive analytical method style was used, ,and it was prepared questionnaire included (62) were divided into six axes: (Laws and Legal, Information and mechanisms of job, Decision making, Administrative Contact, Corruption and accountability, Performance evaluation.).

Results of the study found that the degree of transparency in the administrative practice of the Ministry of Education in Yemen was a low degree in all areas except for the area of law and the legislation has received a medium degree, More transparency and administrative practices in the Ministry of Education, from the standpoint of respondents were in the field of laws and regulations Then the area of performance appraisal, followed by the field of Decision making, and the field of information and mechanisms of action, Followed by the field of corruption and accountability were the least of the field of administrative contact.

The results also showed no statistically significant differences to the point of the exercise of administrative transparency due to the variable sex, educational qualification in all areas and the performance as a whole, The existence of differences due to the impact of the current work in the field of variable corruption and accountability Between function and function of a competent general manager for the benefit of a specialist function, And between the President and Director General of the Department, and for the Head of the Department, and the Director and General Manager, and in favor of the Director of Administration, And the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable expertise in all areas except the area of laws and regulations And the field of administrative contact and the differences were all in favor of the group (less than 5 years).

The study recommended the necessity of activating the principle of administrative transparency, Achieving the principle of accountability in the ministry and applied to all employees, without any discrimination, And the provision of network information systems.
