الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to identify the problems facing the master's students in the faculties of Humanities and ways to overcome them from the standpoint of the heads of academic departments and students at universities in the north of Jordan، and the study sample are the same study population.

Totaling (19) for the heads of departments and students (1493)، it has been taken (40 (students and members of the (15) of the department heads to find stability، where they were to find consistency using Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient coefficient.

After the application of the study tool and make the appropriate statistical analysis of the results showed that the level of problems facing the master's students in the faculties of humanities at universities in the north of Jordan، from the standpoint of the heads of academic departments was average، and for the students was high، and the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(0.05> a) Average answers in the study sample of heads of academic departments to the problems facing humanity master's students in colleges due to the variable experience while statistically significant differences did not appear for Mtgiralrtbh academic department heads.

The results also indicate the existence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05> a) to the problems facing master's students in humanitarian colleges from the viewpoint of the students themselves depending on the variable full-time study did not differences show any statistically significant for other variables (such as race - age) In light of the findings of the study، the study concluded that a set of recommendations,including: • the need to take into account the economic conditions for graduate students during their studies by giving them incentives or long-term financial loans to help them study، and also raise the Master as well in government ministries and this is in turn a factor to mitigate the economic and psychological burden on students.

• Develop a master's teaching methods and move away from traditional methods.

• reduce the gap between the supervisor and the student during limited hours is programmed to meet the student supervisor.

• further studies dealing with the same subject، not only for students in master's and PhD students، but also bachelor.
