On the old time scholars had been alternating to clarify their approach and to involve these approaches at the beginning of their writings, some of them clarify and explain his method and the other didn't do it and ALHafidh Ibn Shaheen died on 385H did not explain his approach in his book (abrogate and abrogated of AL Hadith) furthermore his method to resolve the disagreement in prophet speech (Al Hadith AL Nabawi) which was imposed on the researcher to clarify on this full workbook to identify on his method and establish the basis which resided on his book the researcher was able to summarize in this research the most important basis which Ibn Shaheen resided on this book it has been shown that he followed all the methods prescribed by scholars to resolve the disagreement among the prophet speech (Al- Hadith Al Namawi) and sometimes he stops and doesn't give any opinion except showing the disagreements Hadith which makes the book needs to an extensive and comprehensive researching to solve these issues which interrupted the author
