The essence of the news work in the satellite TV channels is to provide news coverage of news that will inform the people of what is happening around them in order to increase their political, social, economic and cultural awareness and this drives them to take positions or certain behaviors on according to what the communicator in these channels wants.

Amid this news activity, correspondents of Iraqi satellite channels work in a professional spirit in accordance with the rules of news accuracy and objectivity on one side and business requirements on other hand.

The results of research analysis can be summarized as follows: -1 The prioritization of attention to simultaneous events at the Iraqi satellite channels› correspondents reveals a professional standard advanced taking into account the concerns of the people and the degree of excitement and importance firstly.

-2 The results show the largest proportion of the respondents tend to hold some kind of balance in the coverage of the news story between both positive and negative sides as well as tend to make the audience as the judge and decision-maker in determining coverage trends.

-3 The results reveal that Iraqi satellite channels follow different liberalization policies consistent with their institutions.

-4 Concerning the methods of coverage, the results show almost equal proportion between those who prefer to broadcast their news reports directly on the air and those who prefer to wait until their arrival to the station where they can complete editing the news.

-5 Results of the analysis show that a significant proportion of satellite television correspondents tend to hide their logo of their channel when working on hot areas of society pretending to belong to other channel.

-6 Respondents state that the best conditions for successful news coverage, from their own points of view, are those which achieve the largest amount of revealing the truth.
