This book handles the crisis of the Muslim will and sentiment, which is the absent dimension of the pc©jeet of the nation reformation and rectification of culture and education through a contemporary view.

It is trying to understand the reasons which, until the time being, have laid obstacles on the way of the success of the Islamic civilizat؛©nal reformation pc©ject and the creation of the required changes in the Muslim Nation as well as understanding the sentimental psychological factor in the educational address ©fthe child, which represents the absent dimension in the project ©fthe Islamic reformation movements.

It clarifies the essential methodological and cultural means ofthe educational reformation, its most significant bases and goals and the basic role of the family in guiding.

It stresses at the same time the importance of the efforts exerted for the Islamic reformation in the Muslim societies in the economical, political, missionary and any other fields.

It casts a look of research and criticism to reveal the causes ofthe decay that has afflicted the spirit of the lofty and supreme Islamic civilization, which had overwhelmed the civilized world for several centuries and raised the rank of the human to supreme and broad horizons, and lists the causes of weakness and retardation which have disabled the Muslim nation.

It studies epistemologically the essence of the crisis ofthe Muslim mind in the crux of methodology and the mono-knowledge and states that psychologically the essence of the crisis ofMuslim will and sentiment lies in the nation's ignorance and negligence of childhood, which represents hindrances that curb the Muslim productive and creative energy in the foundations of building the Muslim's growth and Muslim society.

It also demands taking serious methodological and educational steps toward dealing with the crises of mind, approach and the psychology of educational sentiment on the basis of balance between the political, intellectual and educational ones in the efforts of the movements of reformation in the aim of realizing creative ability, liberating the Muslim’s soul and psychology and activating his sentiment.
