programs take the first place as the favourite program for children more than any other TV.

programs whatever it contains cartoon, stories, acting scenes or songs.

children's programs has an effect on child' s remembering general information and his social desirable or undesirable behavior and his social upbrining and acquiring the sensationskills such as realizing colors and shapes, and acquiring linguistic skills and good pronoun citation for sounds and letters that' s what helps the child to acquire more comprehensive knowledge with a difference between the normal and the mentally retarded children.

the specimen consists of 30 children divided into (15 Boys and 15 Girls).

Some children' s programs presented on the Egyptian television on the first and second channels because they are the main channels those coveringthe country 24 hours a day.

There are statistically significant differences among the average children marks in the pre and past application on the scale of linguistic skills in the whole mark after facing the TV.
