This study investigated Al- Waqff and the preservation of the purposes of Sharia, and thus, revealed in details how Al- Waqff has accomplished the purposes of Sharia in preserving the five wholes: religion, life, the brain, posterity, and money.

The study showed that the five wholes have three levels: the necessity level which is related to the preservation of the source of the five wholes, the need level which is related to bringing about the meanings of feasibility and leniency to the five wholes, and the improvement level which is related to bringing about meanings of decoration and beauty to them.

This study also reveled that Sharia has given Al- Waaqiff the right to set his own conditions provided that these conditions do not contradict the purposes of Sharia, and that the condition's prudence lies in completing the benefit of the conditioned.
