The issue of interaction between culture, communication and technology, emerged as a result to the rapid development in the fields of mass media, that exceeded the geographical and thus it facilitated the access to information that has become the basic structure in the forming society during globalisation that seeks to standardize culture going through the six revolution of communication (revolution of language, revolution of writing, revolution of printing, revolution of picture and telegraph, revolution of information, revolution of internet or the rapid access to information).

Each revolution has participated in changing human thought and in organizing the society which has led to a cultural and civilized accumulation that has burst today a revolution in information, also identity a matter of question to any society that goes through such cultural modification under what is knows as the End of History for Francis Fukuyama, and Conflict of Civilizations for Huntington, arriving to technology determination or techno-communication interpretation to history for Marshall McLuhan, where he divided human history into four periods (period of human childhood, then the period of the first youth of humanity, and the episode of the third youth, and the last episode is the period that is linked with the appearance of electronic techniques and by the emergence of these techniques, the television also appeared, under the globalization, the cultural issue had led to the appearance of what is called cultural hegemony or cultural dominance that the great powers (i.e.

northern countries) try to impose on the third word countries (i.e.

southern countries).
