The study sought to determine the impact of the strategic planning process steps in the Total productive maintenance requirements in the Hyaat Company of the soft drinks and mineral water In Erbil.At the present time Total Productive Maintenance Has great of importance in industrial companies, and this to keep the physical assets and continuity, so our study sought to address the subject and in general the study attempts to answer the following questions : 1- Does the staff in the Hyaat company for soft drinks and mineral water In Erbil have a wide Knowledge of the concept of strategic planning and its importance? 2- Is there a clear vision about the concept and Total Productive maintenance requirements and its importance to the staff in the company researched ? 3- What is the nature and the type of link and effect relationships between strategic planning and Total Productive maintenance requirements in the company researched? And to answer questions in the above and reflects the nature of Default model has been put the influential relations between the steps the strategic planning process and the Total Productive maintenance requirements and resulted in two hypotheses main points and a set of sub-hypotheses and tested using a number of statistical methods of data collected in the questionnaire form of the company The study surveyed and reached a set of conclusions including : 1- There is a significant correlation between the steps of strategic planning process and Total Productive maintenance requirements in the company Researched .

2- There is a significant effect of the steps in the strategic planning process to Total Productive maintenance requirements in the company researched depending on the conclusions reached by the study made a number of recommendations are consistent with these findings, as well as recommendations from the researchers used in the future in the present study subjects
