As for the second lecture, it is by Iranian intellectual and professor of philosophy in the University of Tehran Riza Dawri Ardakani under the title: “The Center and the Suburbs – the Cultural Absolute in Western Secular History”.

This lecture divides the state of the contemporary world into two spheres: a center which is the West, and peripherals and “suburbs” which is the Rest.
