The mere fact that the legislator theoretically provides for the obligation to guarantee is not sufficient, and again it may be ineffective to provide a real protection to the weakest party (the consumer) in the contractual relationship.

This is why we highlighted, through this study, the operational procedures to implement this commitment by the intervener and how to ask the consumer to do that, in accordance with the provisions of the new decree no.

13-327 dated on the 26th September, fixing the conditions and modalities to put into effect the guarantee of goods and services, and the deadline to be met by the intervener.

At the same time, we mentioned the new terminology and provisions added by the legislator in the framework of formulating the clauses of this decree.

Finally, we shed light on the sanctions that may be imposed upon the intervener, in case of non-compliance with the rules of this decree.
