Especially in light of the competition, which has become the global level due to developments in the technology age, and we live in the era of globalization .Concentrated main objective of this article in strengthening the role of the university library in the area of social responsibility ,also aims to provide visualization and proposals for social responsibility program for the Library of alquds University , in addition to identifying opportunities and the possibility of exercising the Library of alquds University periodically leading social responsibility.

And to identify the challenges and requirements necessary for the success of this program.
