Labor Force is the pillar of the basic economic and social development of any society, it is the vital part of the population which is responsible for the various forms of production and the basis of any activity.

The arrival labor Force affects in the growth of population communities that moved to and therefore in their demographics, economic, and re-distribution resulting in positive results, such as the availability of manpower, or negative results such as the creation of many of the population and housing problems in the incoming areas.

The study aims to identify the most important arrival labor force characteristics to the Bahariya Oasis, such as demographic, economic and social characteristics, through statistics that could be got it and keep track of their meanings and motives of transmission of these coming from different areas of force to Bahariya analysis and recognizing the most important results of this transition from the economic and social terms and urban view, and standing on the problems and proposing solutions, to infer some economic connotations that may be useful to decision-makers at the future policy development.
