It is a fact that most of people use mobiles in their life, and sometimes using mobiles is necessary.

Despite the benefits of this use, there are many damages and demerits resulting from the electromagnetic waves of these mobiles.

At first, the researcher discusses the effects of these waves on the human being especially in the health, the researcher wished for the enactment of a legislation and other bodies such as health, economical, and judicial authorities to set up rules including the liability for damages even upon the principal distributor or the seller.

Secondly, the researcher tried to establish the civil liability for damages resulting from using mobiles, on the common rules of liability: whether contractual or legal liability.

At the end, there are many results that relate to the research.
