This study aims at studying a complete model from Al-Saalek poetry in the Pre-Islamic age that is called Lamit Al-Arab by Al-Shafinery.

This study came in the framework of textual linguistics that aims at discovering its humanitarian and social dimensions to show the ability of the poet in investigating and employing the Arabic language in order to semantically represent these dimensions.

This study aimed as well to trace the ability of the poet in the artistic and aesthetic representation which captures the life of the individual and society and the interrelation between them at that time.

The final aim of this study is to examine the integration and development which were achieved at this stage from the life of an Arab man in the Pre-Islamic age
