الملخص الإنجليزي

Web Services are important paradigm for building software applications that are based on distributed and heterogeneous services. Web Service requestors is often find it difficult to select the proper Web Services that satisfy their requirements. In this thesis we provide a practical solution to this problem.

This solution is based on analyzing user requirements and then searching among WSDL operations repository to find the Web service that satisfies these requirements. Following our approach, Web Service requester will find it easier to locate the Web Service that satisfies their requirement even if this requirement is written in natural language. The efficiency of our approach was assessed.

This was conducted by comparing on one hand both the recall and precision of the search operation with service name searching and message searching on the other hand.Experimental assessment revealed that our proposed approach is more promising to render higher precision and recall ratio.
