This study is based on an important official record from Dier Abi Saeed municipality records in(1965-1970).

The study traced all the mentioned information in the record and divided it into different domains: describing the record within its size, pages numbers and font type and how to produce the record as it is now.

The administrative domain contained studying the council and its members, elections, employees and the decisions.

The Economical domain contained the production of the council, taxes.

and different types of duties and fees as well as types of agriculture, professions, markets and prices as well as daily life.

The social domain contained the services provided by the municipality such as electricity, water, roads and constructions.

Additionally, tracing the detailed information of people and their daily life.

The study adopted the descriptive approach in presenting information and analyzing it in a scientific way about the study area as well as presenting all findings in the conclusion of the study.
