The aim of this research paper was study the role of the state in the Islamic economy or its role in the organization of economic life, especially with the conflicting views previously and currently among the sects and schools situation; and change ideas about the limits of that role and areas of state intervention and its implications process in most Islamic countries....

Through this study we result that the state in Islamic Economic have a positive role as a moral obligation to help to achieve the well-being of everyone by ensuring the balance between the two interests privet and social cause Islam pay attention on private property and the freedom of individuals to engage in economic activity and to take all economic decisions in the areas of acquisition, investment utilization and distribution etc but it was subject to all legal controls that are compatible with nature of Alistekhlafia for human beings and the social function of money where special interest come in line with the general interest of the community
