This study was conducted in the fields of the of Agriculture Collage \ Diyala University in the winter season 2012 \ 2013 to see the effect of some plant extracts water on the specifications of the seedlings to four hybrids of pepper, workers included in the study : First; genotypes (hybrid) where used four hybrids of pepper plant are : E 41, Louay, Denver and Gedeon.

The second factor; aqueous extracts included aqueous extract of black cumin concentration of 5 %, aqueous extract of sweet fennel concentration of 5 %, a combination aqueous extract of the bean and black bean sweet ratio of 1 : 1 concentration of 5 %, distilled water and the treatment comparison (without soak workshops).
