Labor conflicts are one of the most serious obstacles that hinder the progress of health facilities, those conflicts may be behind the deterioration of health service.

This survey attempts to explore this social and organizational phenomenon present in national health facilities, to find the real reasons behind them as well as the appropriate means, mechanisms and modalities that are likely to settle them.

It also aims to discover the important role that labor unions are supposed to play in order to settle work conflicts.
