This article analyses through an epistemological approach the notion of virtual society and its relationship with social education.

Virtual society being a modern concept in the dictionary of social sciences.

This study investigates the process of practicing teaching and transmitting knowledge through the theory of the virtual practice of teaching.

In addition, the researcher attempts to determine the characteristics of virtual communities which reside in a symbolic space, and deals also with the purposes behind these communities and their effects on individuals and society, whether, these effects are positive or negativeز
