Remote Working system is Considered as one of the Suggested solutions to Accommodate the Demand of Saudi women to work.

This study aims to identify the availability of remote working skills in Saudi women in the province of Jeddah, and specify the most appropriate working sites in the province in terms of size, ownership and type of business.

The study depended on the constructive statistical method by using the SPSS program to analyze data, the GIS system to draw maps, and the GPS system to specify the location of working sites.

After obtaining the official data and implementing a site study over 390 women in the province of Jeddah, the study concluded that the percentage of job seekers is 62% of the total sample, most of them are of higher education background.

It was also noticed that the skills of remote working are high among the job seekers, which were mainly unmarried and employed in the government sector.

The study also clarified that the most effective factors in specifying the appropriate remote working sites are : efficiency of communication services, nearness to the employees residence, availability of qualified women manpower, positive perspective towards remote working, and the easiness to reach the working site.

The size of the suggested working sites varied according to the variation of the geographical distribution of females.
