This study aimed to get acquaintance with the manner to qualify the lower amputated limbs for the motor aspect in preparation for the usage of the prosthetic limb.The study steps were carried out by using the descriptive method, Random sample was selected for forty five persons of the administrators and technicians of the two factories of the prosthetic in Khartoum and jabal Awliya, in addition to some users of lower prosthetic limbs in Khartoum, Khartoum North and Omdurman.The questionnaire was designed to three axes as follows: The administrative and technical axes included ten expressions with a total of thirty expressions of all the questionnaire axes.

To conduct statistical processing of the study data, the researcher used the frequency, the percentage and their means.

The important findings were: No-adoption of sound steps in the motor qualification of the amputees.

No-existence of a sport specialist for the application of the motor program.

And in accordance with the findings, the researcher presented server recommendations and important among them are: The necessity of appointment of a sport specialist so as to apply the program with practical steps.

- Follow- up the motor-amputated person for specific periods after fitting of the prosthetic limb.
