This era can be described as the era of continuous communication with the electronic development and its reflection on the electronic banking due to a turnout for banking services nowadays the quality of banking services has become an important element for each bank in order to achieve its aims.

This research aims to show the impact of technology on developing the bank sector which leads to helping customers meet their needs and linking bank to each other and thus increasing protest and achieving easy bank dealings one of the aims of this research is to compare the cost of technology with the service it provides for bank this services includes a guarantee of accounting restrictions, which is due to the favors' of the bank the important of the absence of regulation and modern technology in the bank make the work runs slowly, the banking will be unable to communicate quickly which causes more decrease in work sufficiency.

The importance of this research appears in determing the role of technology that important the banking services.

It shows the important of technology in important the quality of banking services to the Sudanese banks customers data and the role of information technology in taking correct administrative decisions.

The research for following hypotheses: suing technology leads to developments in bank services the quality of bank services results in the maintenance and attraction of customers.
