الملخص الإنجليزي

The dictionary is a tool used to find rhc definition of difficult words, 'this tool is presented in an organized manner on the basis of principles and criteria used by the lexicographer.

Among these principles, we can mention the organisation into main and secondary entries.

And what interests us in this study is the order of the secondary cnrrics, that is to say the vertical structure of the dictionary focusing on the principles and criteria which define the choice of the infrastructure of the main entry.

Our study is limited to the definition of the criteria adopted for the classification of the entries in «al-Wassit» and «al-Mundjid fi-1-l.ugha al-Arabiyya al-Muassira» upon a comparative description based on these two dictionaries.

الملخص الفرنسي

Les dictionnaircs sont un outil dont a bcsoin toucc peisonnc pour trouvcr Ics definitions des mots difficiles.

Cet outil ext presente d’une fa^on organiscc sur la base de principes et de normes qu'utilisc lc lcxicographc.

Parmi ccs principcs, nous citons I'ordre des entries et leur organisation en entrees principals ct sccondaircs.

Nous nous intcrcssons dans ccttc communication, a I'ordre des sous-entrees, c'cst-a-dirc la structure vcrticalc du dictionnaire, notamment les principes ct normes qui definisscnt lc choix dc I'infrastructurc dc 1'cntrcc principalc.

Nous limitons notrc communication a la definition des normes adoptees pour la classiHcaiion des entries du dictionnairc « al-Wassit » ct* al-Munjid fi-l-Lugha al-Arabiyya al-Muassira » a travers une description comparative bascc sur ccs deux dictionnaires.
