The study aimed at preparing a training program for developing scientific literacy and trend of kindergarten teachers in the light of Bybee constructive learning model.

To achieve this goal, the researchers prepared a list of scientific literacy needs that kindergarten teachers lack, and a training program.

The program objectives, content and evaluation activities were set in the light of the most common needs of kindergarten teachers.

The researchers prepared the study tools which are a teacher’s guide to illustrate how to teach the program by using Bybee constructive learning model, the trainee teacher’s guide, the achievement test of knowledge and a measure of scientific trend.

The study tools were applied to the experimental and control group.

The training program was taught to the experimental group, then the post-application and follow up application of the study tools were conducted.

There were statistically significant differences between the two means of the experimental group in the pre-and post administration of the achievement test and scientific trend measurement.

There were no statistically significant group scores in the achievement test and scientific trend measurement between the post and follow up administration.
