الملخص EN

This study aimed at evaluated the training courses for the teachers of the higher and basic stages in the governorates of Gaza from the point of view of teachers trainees to clarify if there are differences of statistics explanation through the average answers of the trainees teachers in view of these training courses during the service which are attributed factors of sex ( males & female ) and the factor of the institutions ( UNRWA & governments ).

To find an answer for these questions of the studies already prepared it was formed of 80 paragraphs distributed among eight field these are: The need for training - planning a training program - the aims of the training programs – the contents of training program – educational means and methods – the capacities and the abilities of the training center – the evaluation of the training program and the point of view of the trainees in the teacher staff in the program The study society has been formulated from all teachers of higher and basic school who participated in the training courses in the second term of the year 2008 – 2009 which are estimated at 168 teachers ( male & female ) .

The questionnaires have been distributed among them all, 158 questionnaires have been returned back.

8 of them have been excluded because of incomplete of information.

So the total number of the questionnaire which are liable to be statistical analyses are 150 with a percentage of 89.29% of the study group.

After the tackling and treating the data by using the computer, the study has come to: - There are no differences of statistical values among the samples of the males and females.

- Also there have been found a differences among the UNRWA and government teachers.

The results was for the interest of UNRWA teachers.

- The results have reported that the teacher greatly in need of more guided and instructive training courses.

- The necessity of the teachers participation in planning for training courses.

- The training courses must be various and several in order to reply the needs of the training courses
