This research entitled "Makhzoum and his efforts in Arabic Grammar" handles his attitude towards grammar analy hcally .It is the attitude of aconstruch re critic Who seeks truth and rightness in accordance with his suggeshons to understand grammar according to two approaches: Descriphve and Criterion .

He has major effect on Arabic grammar despite being in flounced by Kofian Doctrine .But he does not consider it the perfect ideal and the only reliable one.

We must depend on other doctrines to get to the truth and easy acknowledgment of grammar and its rules .

In these grammatical views, he gets closer to those of modern language scienhsts and their perceptions
